Volunteer Criteria:

  1. Speaking Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
  2. Passion for Youth Work: Love for working with young people.
  3. English Teaching: Enjoyment and proficiency in teaching English.
  4. Local Mobility: Ability to travel within the Siem Reap community.
  5. Assistant Trainer: Willingness to assist trainers in hospitality skill training.

Application Process:

  1. Submit CV: Interested individuals should send their CV to makara@youthsdream.org.
  2. Cover Letter: Applicants are required to include a cover letter addressed to the Executive Director.
  3. Interview: Candidates may be invited to an online interview with the Executive Director after submitting their CV and cover letter.

Roles and Responsibilities of Volunteers:

  1. English Teacher: Conduct English teaching sessions in the afternoons from Monday to Friday.
  2. Assistant Trainer: Assist with training sessions in hospitality skills during the morning shift from Monday to Friday.
  3. Relationship and Marketing Advisor: Support in recruiting volunteers and fostering relationships with community partners.
