Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA) kindly asks volunteers to contribute a donation of US$10 per person per day to help cover the cost of two meals, practical training expenses, accommodation, electricity, water supply, and classroom materials.This daily contribution directly supports YDFA activities and helps sustain the free training program for disadvantaged youths. Through this support, volunteers not only gain a meaningful cultural and service experience, but also contribute to creating better opportunities and brighter futures for young people in Cambodia.
Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA) has established a structured weekly schedule aligned with student training activities. Volunteers are welcome to participate according to their available time and preferred areas of support. The schedule runs from Monday to Friday as follows: Volunteer Support Schedule
1- 8:00 AM – 9:10 AM
Support English conversation classes, speaking practice, and communication activities.
2- 9:10 AM – 12:15 PM
Assist with hospitality skills training, including both theory lessons and practical sessions.
3- 12:15 PM – 2:00 PM
Lunch break and free time for all participants.
4- 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Join afternoon English classes to help students improve listening, speaking, reading, and confidence.
5- 5:10 PM – 6:10 PM
Support additional practical skill sessions and hands-on training activities.This flexible schedule allows volunteers to contribute meaningfully while experiencing daily life and training activities at Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA).
YDFA welcomes volunteers who are interested in supporting youth development through education and practical training. The volunteer responsibilities and expectations are as follows: Volunteer Guidelines and Roles
- Period: Volunteers are requested to stay and participate for a minimum of two days.
Teaching: Support classes in both English language and hospitality skill theory based on your experience and ability.
- Practice: Assist students with English conversation, communication confidence, and practical skill demonstrations.
- Values: Show respect for Cambodian culture, traditions, and local customs at all times.
- Legal Compliance: Follow all policies related to child protection, safety, and responsible volunteering.
- Hours: Flexible working hours are available according to the volunteer’s schedule and program needs.
- Working Style: Volunteers will work together with Khmer staff assistants in all activities to ensure effective communication and smooth coordination.Through this meaningful exchange, volunteers can make a positive impact while learning about Cambodian culture and contributing to the mission of Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA).
