Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA) has a yearly target of supporting 60 disadvantaged youths through free hospitality training and job placement opportunities. Based on the successful experience in 2025, YDFA established internship and employment partnerships with 26 hotels and restaurants in Siem Reap Province and Preah Sihanoukville.From 2026 onward, YDFA continues to seek additional hotel and restaurant partners to expand opportunities and respond quickly to the growing job market demand for fresh graduates and alumni. Strengthening these partnerships creates better channels for internships, employment placement, and career development for young people who need sustainable futures.By increasing cooperation with the hospitality sector, Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA) can ensure that graduates are connected faster to suitable workplaces while helping businesses access trained and motivated young talent.
